A New Chapter at Flint High School 

It is a privilege to introduce myself as the Headteacher of this vibrant and ambitious school community.

At Flint High, we believe that education is the greatest lever for opportunity.

My commitment to you is simple: to ensure that every pupil is given every opportunity to flourish, regardless of their starting point.

While we are proud of our history, we are also a school that is looking forward and improving with pace. I believe that a truly great school is built together. In the coming months, I will be consulting closely with all stakeholders—our students, parents, staff, and the local community—to ensure that our vision is fit for purpose, underpinned by values that enable that vision to become a reality. 

We will work together to refine a culture rooted in the highest of standards across all areas of school life.
